Pinterest can sometimes get the better of us all. Especially with newborns. It’s so hard not to love all the adorable photos of newborns and the plethora of props and creative stuff. But for me it just takes away from the entire point of taking newborn photos, to capture the beauty and the rapidly changing stage you will never ever get back. It’s less about all the ways you can dress them up and more about capturing them in this teeny tiny precious and sleepy moldable form. But when I do add in the props I like them to be personal, meaningful and in context to the baby. Kayla had just that. She handed me her guarder from her wedding (which was also photographed by JBP) and it fit perfectly as an adorable headband to this precious little baby!!!! One of my favorite newborn headbands ever! What a cute idea!!!!!!
