Hayley + Mick’s Engagement Session {sonoma county wedding photographer, country engagement photos}

Ummm ya so some days don’t suck! and yesterday was one of them! Hayley had a location and vintage style in mind for her shoot yesterday. It’s always a challenge when someone has something specific in mind.  You never know if you understand it correctly and you feel more pressure to get it just right.  But Hayley and I are pinterest buddies and I’ve been watching her post all sorts of images and she had e mailed me a few as well so I had a pretty good idea of what she was going for.  So we headed out to this old broken down house she found out in Healdsburg.  Then we headed out to Mounts Family Winery and stopped off at a few spots along the way.  Although I LOVE the vintage look and LOVE that style of editing I don’t do a TON of it.  I wouldn’t consider it my general style.  But I am more focused on getting my clients the images they’ve dreamed of so in this post you will see a mixture of both.

Mick and Hayley have been together for a total of 6 years.  They took a small break but their true love was meant to be! I think it is very apparent in the images as well!!!

I left a few images out for the Save the Dave cards….. I mean Save the DATE! cards LOL ….funny story, it ends with don’t let me be the one to write on balloons not only can I not spell but I get easily distracted by compliments (thanks Mick)

I am fond of WAY too many of the images from this session so I only posted a handfull of them here.  The rest of them are on my Facebook page in the “Photo Albums”
